This policy explains what information Owners Command collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

What we collect

When you request a private walkthrough, we collect what you type into the form: your name, work email, company, role, company size (if you choose to share it) and your message. We also record the page you sent it from and the time you sent it.

Like any website, our hosting provider processes standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

How we use it

We use your walkthrough request only to reply to you, schedule a walkthrough, and follow up about it. We do not add you to a newsletter unless you ask us to.

Where it is stored

Walkthrough requests are stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, which we use to manage replies and scheduling. Access is limited to the people who handle those conversations.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this site and our CRM, and only so they can do that work for us.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts and images are served from our own site.

Information inside client installations

When we install Owners Command inside a company, the data in that installation is governed by that client's agreement with us, not by this website policy. Each client's existing systems remain the source of record. Personal Compass notes stay private to the person they belong to; owners see summaries of progress, not the notes themselves.

How long we keep it

We keep walkthrough requests for as long as we need them to respond and, if you become a client, for the length of our relationship. If we do not work together, we delete or anonymize the request within 24 months, or sooner if you ask.

Your choices and deletion requests

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us at any time. Email us at the address below and we will confirm once it is done.
